Tara Davie

Tara Davie, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global HR systems and operations. Currently serving as Director of Global HR Systems and Operations at FORTNA since June 2022, Tara has successfully led initiatives that resulted in a 50% reduction in HR ticket volumes and annual savings exceeding $1 million. Previous roles include Director of Global HR Systems and NA HR Ops at Solenis, where Tara managed HR systems for significant acquisitions and mergers, and various HR roles at Barclaycard, Herr Foods Incorporated, IKON Office Solutions, and Applied Card Systems. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as several HR-related certifications from esteemed institutions.
