Alan Borland is a seasoned Senior Software Architect at Fortra, with over 20 years of experience, primarily working on the Military Message Handling System (MMHS) product suite (SAFEmail). Responsibilities encompass pre-sales support, technical presentations, customer requirements analysis, system design, and software architecture. Prior to Fortra, Alan served as a Systems Consultant at Enterprise Solutions Ltd and held software engineering roles at Alprange Communications Ltd and Sydney Communications Ltd. Alan holds a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Leeds.
