Andrew Bednarek

Andrew Bednarek is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Fortra since July 2022, Andrew plays a pivotal role in supporting global sales for a variety of cybersecurity offerings. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Tripwire as Corporate Counsel, facilitating global sales of software licenses and services, and managing transactional and risk support for partner programs. Andrew's earlier roles include National Contracts Manager at Alacrity Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed contract lifecycle management and supporting business development, as well as multiple positions at Alacrity Services, contributing to legal and risk management efforts. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
