Andy Woosley has over 20 years of experience in professional services and solution engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services at Fortra since October 2016. Previous roles at Fortra include Professional Services Manager, Sr. Solutions Consultant - Team Lead, and Sr. Product Specialist. Prior to Fortra, Andy worked at DataBank IMX as a Solution Engineer, focusing on Onbase solution configuration for government agencies, and at Fiserv as a Sr. Client Service Analyst, where installation, training, and support of check processing software for financial institutions were key responsibilities. Andy began a career in sales and customer service at Alltel as a Sr. Retail Sales Representative. Andy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Doane University.
