Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in file transfer and data security technologies. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Fortra since January 2021, Chris leads the Managed File Transfer product line, overseeing key products such as GoAnywhere, Globalscape, and FileCatalyst. Chris has previously held roles as Senior Product Manager for Secure File Transfer and Data Security at Fortra, focusing on product strategy and management. Prior to joining Fortra, Chris co-founded Unlimi-Tech Software Inc. and served as CEO, guiding the company's corporate strategy and partnerships while developing core technologies like FileCatalyst. Chris also has a background as a Programmer/Analyst at Public Works and Government Services Canada. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
