Christopher Brown serves as a Digital Guardian - L2 Software Support Engineer at Fortra since December 2022, providing advanced technical support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products to enterprise clients. Previously, Christopher held positions including Help Desk Technician at The Westminster Schools, Support Representative at Block, and Genius at Apple, gaining extensive experience in technical support, hardware repairs, and customer relations. Christopher began a career in inventory management as an Inventory Supervisor at Borders before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of North Georgia, completed in May 2022.
