Greg Ryan

Greg Ryan is an accomplished professional currently serving as Associate Director of Configuration & Risk Management at Fortra since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing a global team of Customer Technical Engineers and contributing to the leadership of the Security Operations Team. Previously, Greg held various roles at Alert Logic from June 2014 to October 2021, ultimately leading the EMEA Implementation Solutions Team while also acting as a significant escalation point for technical and personal issues. Greg's career began with roles such as Provisioning Engineer and Product Specialist, which laid the foundation for expertise in client-facing technical support. Greg's experience also includes Unix Support and Release and Change Coordination at Fujitsu UK and Ireland from March 2010 to July 2014. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking from Swansea Metropolitan University, obtained in 2007.
