Mieng Lim

Mieng Lim currently serves as Vice President of Product Management for Infrastructure Protection at Fortra since February 2022, following a lengthy tenure at Digital Defense by HelpSystems from September 2001 to February 2022, where Mieng held multiple leadership roles in product management and support. Mieng's extensive experience includes directing product management efforts, managing software quality assurance processes, and overseeing client support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Mieng's contributions have encompassed technical sales support, product training, and the development of solutions to meet evolving market needs. Mieng earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trinity University in 2001.
