Mike Jones

Mike Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and technical operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Fortra since April 2010, Mike previously held various roles at AOL from 1998 to January 2010, including Technical Director for Anti-Spam Operations, where leadership was provided to an international team dedicated to preventing spam, as well as overseeing the Network Operations Center in different managerial capacities. Mike contributed to the Messaging Anti Abuse Working Group as a Board Director from 2005 to December 2009, representing AOL and advocating against electronic messaging abuse. Academic credentials include an MS in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
