Roman Koybash, P.Eng, is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in the design of midstream facilities, terminals, and pipelines. Currently at Fortress Engineering Ltd. since October 2014, Roman specializes in the refrigeration, storage, and handling of anhydrous ammonia. Previous experience includes a role at Enbridge, where Roman provided critical process engineering recommendations and addressed operability and optimization issues from December 2022 to March 2024. Roman has also contributed to education as a part-time instructor at SAIT Polytechnic, teaching Piping Design and Drafting from September 2014 to June 2016. Earlier career roles included designing gas and oil treating facilities at Northridge Energy Development Group and serving as a Process Coordinator, focusing on design criteria and project planning. Roman holds a B.Sc in Mineral Processing from Donetsk National Technical University and additional qualifications in Piping Design and Natural Gas Processing.
