Prior to founding Fortress, Alex was the President and Co-founder of Digital Risk LLC . Alex was responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s operations as well as executing the company’s growth strategies. In 2013, Alex sold Digital Risk to Mphasis, a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard. Prior to Digital Risk, Alex was the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Connextions Inc. At Connextions Inc., Alex was responsible for all aspects of the company’s supply chain business unit (manufacturing, distribution, and contract packaging), including information technology, operations, client service, and purchasing functions for major clients such as Mercedes Benz, Olympus, and Harcourt, among others. Prior to Connextions Inc., Alex was a member of Ernst & Young’s Mergers and Acquisition practice serving Fortune 500 clients and major private equity firms. Alex earned advanced degrees in Law and Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Florida Bar.
