Alan Neiman

Alan Neiman is an experienced operations professional with a background in finance and hospitality management. Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Fortress IO since September 2023, Alan oversees daily USD to USDC trade settlements, creates standard operating procedures, and processes reconciliation reports. Previously, Alan worked at Aspiration as both an Account Operations Specialist and Customer Engagement Representative, where responsibilities included document processing and addressing client inquiries. Prior experience includes roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, where Alan managed various departments and guest satisfaction, as well as operations support at Events by Executive Caterers and building management at Florida International University. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
