Cary Rosenblum serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Elmington since March 2010, overseeing a diverse portfolio in commercial real estate investment, low-income housing tax credit development, and apartment management, among other areas. In addition, Cary holds the position of Chairman at Fortress Technology Solutions since March 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Regions Bank, where management of a $350 million loan portfolio and low-income housing tax credit equity investments were key responsibilities. As a Senior Project Manager at Norvell & Murray Properties, LLC, Cary managed the development and disposition of retail stores, while earlier roles included partnership program management at Keynote Systems during its growth into a public company. Educational qualifications include an MBA and BBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Georgia.
