Jamey Hendrix, MBA, CPCU is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Insurance Industry Leader at Fortuity since January 2025, Jamey previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Teleperformance, where oversight of customer success initiatives involved managing over 8,000 employees and a revenue stream exceeding $165 million. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Licensing at Sitel, where strategic efforts increased a $140 million portfolio to over $352 million, and VP of Customer Service and Vendor Management at AppStar Financial, managing a $25 million P&L while achieving consistent growth. Jamey’s career is marked by significant contributions in various capacities across several organizations, including a foundation in consulting with Hendrix & Associates Consultants. Jamey holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
