Henrik Hinders

Henrik Hinders has extensive experience in legal and governance roles, currently serving as Vice President Legal, Governance & Deputy General Counsel at Fortum since September 2008. Previous positions at Fortum include Vice President and Head of Corporate Legal, as well as Group Compliance Officer and Head of Legal Affairs for Finland. Before joining Fortum, Henrik Hinders worked at Merilampi Attorneys from 2001 to September 2008, advancing from Associate to Specialist Counsel. Additionally, a year was spent as a Trainee District Judge at the District Court of Helsinki from July 2006 to July 2007, and earlier, a Research Associate position was held at the University of Turku in 2001. Henrik Hinders earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Turku between 1997 and 1999 and has pursued studies at the Turku School of Economics since 1996.
