Pamela Molander

Pamela Molander is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Value Stream Lead at Fortum since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing the development of Fortum Financial Trading within the Trading and Asset Optimization business unit. Prior to this role, Pamela held positions as Project Manager for the Luna and Apollo projects at Fortum Power and Heat Oy, focusing on the implementation of advanced trading and optimization systems. Earlier experience at Fortum Markets involved managing the Nordic Balance Settlement and the integration of hourly values in Electricity Sales. Pamela's career at Fortum began as a Credit Risk Controller in 2009. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Technical Physics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, earned between 1978 and 1985.
