Petteri Malinen

Petteri Malinen possesses extensive experience in the paper and energy sectors, currently serving as a Procurement Manager for Investments at Fortum Power and Heat Oy since December 2008, after previously holding the role of Purchasing Manager. Prior to this, Petteri worked at M-real from April 1996 to November 2008 in various roles including Materials Manager and Project Manager, overseeing a significant rebuild at the Kangas Paper Mill. Petteri's earlier career includes positions as Assistant Production Manager at Metsä-Serla Paper Mill and Production Manager as well as Machine Superintendent at UPM-Kymmene. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Engineering with a specialization in paper technology from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and additional studies at LUT University and the Institute of Marketing.
