Teemu Puotinen

Teemu Puotinen currently serves as the Director of Business Control - New Nuclear at Fortum, leading the investment and business case analysis team for the New Nuclear Feasibility Study. Prior to this role, Teemu held the position of CFO at High Metal Oy, overseeing financial reporting and planning. Teemu's extensive experience includes serving as Division Business Controller at YIT, where responsibilities encompassed management reporting and strategic planning for major infrastructure projects, and as a Business Controller at Mehiläinen, focusing on financial analysis and due diligence for acquisitions. Earlier career roles included financial group control at Accountor Suomi and corporate finance at PwC Suomi, along with support roles at EXFO and various positions at Metso. Teemu holds master's degrees in Accounting and Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu and is currently pursuing a Master's in Administrative Sciences with a focus on Public Law at the University of Eastern Finland.
