Vadim Dich

Vadim Dich currently serves as Digital Experience Lead and Manager of M365 at Fortum since November 2022, overseeing the Microsoft 365 platform's incident and change management, business demand fulfillment, cost management, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Vadim held the position of Manager for IT User Experience and Digital Workplace Services at Fortum Markets Oy from November 2021 to October 2022, focusing on future Digital Workplace setups and ESM solution analysis. Vadim's tenure at Fortum began in January 2014 as an IT Expert and progressed to IT Service Manager in End User Services. Early professional experience includes roles at Digital Design as an IT Project Manager, IT Systems Engineer, and Technical Support Expert, as well as serving as Lead IT Specialist at Кодекс from October 2001 to June 2005. Vadim Dich earned a Master’s degree in Nuclear Physics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University between 1994 and 2001.
