Jorge Rascon

Jorge Rascon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jorge started their career as a Research Engineer at Oklahoma State University in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Jorge then joined The Master Lock Company in 2012 and held various roles including Design Engineer, Technological Platforms and Innovation Manager, Plant Manager, and General Manager. In 2023, Jorge Rascon joined Fortune Brands Innovations as the Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of Operations - Security & Emtek.

Jorge Rascon completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad La Salle Noroeste, A.C. from 2005 to 2010. Jorge then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University from 2010 to 2012. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Universidad Anáhuac.
