Matt Novak

Matt Novak serves as the EVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Fortune Brands Innovations since October 2022, following a role as Vice President of Global Logistics and Customer Service at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Matt previously held several leadership positions at GE Lighting from 2004 to 2020, including General Manager of Distribution & Transportation and Executive Program Leader for a global manufacturing restructuring program. Matt's career also includes multiple plant management roles and a background in the U.S. Army, where a leadership position as Company Commander was held during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
