Matt Rapport

Matt Rapport is an experienced finance professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development. Currently serving as Director of M&A at Fortune Brands Innovations since May 2018, Matt has progressed through various roles in the company, including Senior Manager and Manager. Prior to Fortune Brands, Matt was a Manager of Corporate Development and FP&A at PSAV and held senior associate positions at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, focusing on M&A advisory services for middle-market companies. Matt’s experience includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, HarbourVest Partners LLC, and Wachovia Securities LLC, contributing to multiple successful transactions. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, along with an education from the University of Oxford and Ridgewood High School.
