Nina Velasquez is a seasoned professional in the field of communications and talent development, currently serving as People Lead at fortyseven communications since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at North 6th Agency, Inc. (N6A) from June 2012 to November 2022, culminating in the title of EVP, Talent Development, where responsibilities included managing recruiting and professional development programs. Nina’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Atomic PR and Kwittken & Company, primarily focusing on account management for technology and consumer-oriented clients. Nina began a career in public relations at Text 100, progressing through multiple levels from Account Coordinator to Senior Account Manager. Educationally, Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Washington, obtained in 1996.
