Prior to this position, Tara held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Royce Tech for a brief period and served as HR Manager at MPT from July 2017 to September 2021. Tara's earlier experience includes HR Executive at Arkadia Marketing Ltd, HR Administrator at NetRefer, and Resource Coordination Officer at GO plc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Work and Human Resources Management, both obtained from the University of Malta. Responsibilities throughout the career have included recruitment, training coordination, staff record maintenance, and other HR administrative tasks.
