Steven Pounds

Steven Pounds serves as the Senior Vice President at Forum Energy Technologies since January 2018, having previously held positions including Vice President of Operations and Director of Manufacturing. Prior to this role, Steven acted as a Senior Advisor at Rubicon Oilfield International and as Chief Operations Officer at Top-Co from September 2014 to November 2016. Steven's extensive career at Baker Hughes spanned from January 1997 to August 2014, where various roles included Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing and Senior Director of Supply Chain for the Eastern Hemisphere. Steven’s educational background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside studies at Caltech and The Garvin School of International Management.
