Mamoon Yunus has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mamoon began their career in 1996 as a Principal Consultant/Product Manager at Onewave, where they worked until 1997. In 1999, they joined webMethods as a Global Systems Engineer. In 2001, they founded Forum Systems, a company specializing in Secure Service Integration, and served as the CTO & Founder until 2009. During this time, they also took on the role of President & CEO from 2007 onwards. In 2004, they became the President & CEO of Crosscheck Networks, where they currently work.
Mamoon Yunus attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mamoon then pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1991 to 1993. Following this, Mamoon Yunus continued their studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
