Daniel Smith is an accomplished IT professional with a robust background in systems support and engineering. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer III at Forward Advantage since August 2020, Daniel previously held roles as an IT Systems Specialist at Henry County Hospital, Inc. and an Information Technology Specialist at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Key responsibilities have included maintaining organizational computer systems, leading new employee IT and security training, and providing desktop and local support for a large network of computers. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Toledo College of Engineering in 2019.
