Ryan Gilliam has held various roles in talent acquisition, safety, maintenance, and recruiting in the transportation industry. In their current role as Vice President of Talent at Forward Air Corporation, Ryan focuses on data-driven talent acquisition for all levels of the organization. Ryan has experience overseeing safety, maintenance, and recruiting teams for a large fleet of terminals and equipment assets. Prior to their current position, Ryan has also worked in customer service and management roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk and RoadOne Intermodal Logistics.
