Cathy Wille, NCIDQ, WRID, serves as the Director of Design and Customer Experience at Forward Space, LLC since August 2019, having previously held roles such as Director of Design at Forrer Business Interiors and Design Program Manager at Interior Systems, Inc. With extensive experience in design management, Cathy has successfully managed and mentored diverse teams, developed career-pathing plans, and implemented processes to enhance operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Throughout the career, Cathy has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate across teams, lead strategic initiatives, and deliver tailored design solutions, establishing a robust foundation in both corporate and residential projects.
