Morgan's career also includes significant roles at Ebco Inc. as Lead Account Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer orders and analyzing delivery performance. Earlier experience as a Business Solutions Analyst and Client Relationship Manager at Hallmark Data Systems emphasized project management and client satisfaction. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Illinois State University.
