Jason Childs is a motivational leader and high-performer with a history achieving year-over-year growth through implementation of lean practices, supply chain excellence, teamwork, creativity and visionary leadership. He currently leads the Saltchuk Marine Organization which consists of Foss Maritime, AmNav, Cook Inlet Tug & Barge and Young Brothers. He works closely with the EVP of Harbor Towage and the Foss COO – working as a leadership team. He also serves as the President of Foss Maritime. Always active in the community, Jason works with the Special Olympics, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and several outdoor conservation organizations.
