Manuel Harnisch

Manuel Harnisch is the Vice President of Customer Success at FOSSA. Manuel has previously held positions at Pavilion, Vette, and People Data Labs. At People Data Labs, they were responsible for overseeing customer success and retention. Manuel then moved on to Kentik, where they led the customer success team and helped deliver high NPS scores, gross revenue retention, and net revenue retention.

Manuel Harnisch has a BS in Information Systems from Drexel University, and a Fachabitur in Technologie from Staatl. Fachoberschule Weißenburg. Manuel also has certification from Pavilion in CCO School.
