Deepika Sharma Chanvria is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Fossil Group, Inc. since February 2018. Deepika's role involves strategic planning of HR requirements, conducting selection interviews, and formulating best practices for talent development. Prior to this position, Deepika held the role of Assistant Manager at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, managing recruitment cycles and learning development initiatives, and gained earlier experience as an HR Executive at Gates India Pvt. Ltd and Su-Kam Power Systems Limited. Deepika holds an Advance Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Institute of Training and Development, a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning, a Master of Arts in English from Punjab University, and a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from DAV College of Education.
