Holly Pope

Holly Pope has over two decades of experience in demand and merchandise planning, currently serving as the Director of Demand Planning and Director of Merchandise Planning at Fossil Group, Inc. since October 2002. In these roles, Holly Pope oversees a team responsible for forecasting, managing budgets, and optimizing financial performance across multiple store concepts. Additionally, Holly Pope has served as the Director of Global Planning for the Fossil brand, managing the global direct planning team. Previous experience includes various managerial and executive roles at The Rockport Company, as well as extensive account management positions at Candie's, Inc. Holly Pope holds a degree from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
