Kristin Bazan

Kristin Bazan is an experienced professional in studio operations and marketing production, currently serving as Sr Manager of Studio Operations at Fossil Group, Inc. since January 2021. In this role, Kristin leads a diverse team of over 15 members, implements resource reporting for timely photography delivery, and manages a substantial studio budget. Previously, Kristin held various positions at Pier 1, culminating in the role of Marketing Production Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and overseeing the production of direct mail materials. Kristin also has a strong background in retouching and premedia, having transformed departments and improved processes at Pier 1 and previously at Heritage Auctions as Lead Color & Imaging Specialist. Kristin holds a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography from The University of Texas at Arlington.
