Petra Sadrik

Petra Sadrik is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience at Fossil Group, Inc. since March 2018, where Petra currently serves as Head of Operational Effectiveness, managing global projects that impact financial systems and controls. Previously, Petra held the role of Head of Operational Effectiveness EMEA, collaborating with the Global Business Services Centre to enhance operational efficiency and performance. Prior to joining Fossil, Petra gained valuable experience at SAP, where roles included Finance Operations Manager and Fellowship in the Global Procurement Organization, leading international teams and focusing on process standardization and efficiency improvements. Petra holds a Master's degree in International Trade from Prague University of Economics and Business, alongside an exchange program in Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business, and a secondary degree in Economics/Accounting from Secondary Business School in Ostrava.
