John Kamins is an experienced attorney with a focus on Bond Counsel, Public Finance, and Entertainment Law practices at Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. since June 2009. With a broad legal background including municipal, education, and infrastructure bonds, as well as expertise in music, film, television, and intellectual property, Kamins also has significant experience with nonprofit organizations and corporate finance matters. Prior to this role, Kamins was a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP for nearly four decades, specializing in corporate finance, securities, public finance, and appellate practice. Kamins holds a B.A. with High Honors and Distinction in History and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
