Daniel Sagi-Vela has extensive work experience in various finance and management roles. Daniel started their career at Shell in 1997, where they served as the Head of Management Information & Planning for Shell España. Daniel later became the European Retail Finance Best Practice Manager before leaving in 2001. In 2001, they joined Broadnet as the Head of Management Information & Planning. After a year, they moved to Union Fenosa Gas, where they held the position of Senior Vice President Finance from 2002 to 2009. Since 2009, Daniel has been working at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) in various roles, including CFO and currently CEO.
Daniel Sagi-Vela attended Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo from 1976 to 1988, for their primary and secondary education. Daniel then went on to Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they studied without receiving any specific degree from 1988 to 1993. In 2006, they furthered their education by attending IESE Business School and completed the General Management Program (PDG) in the year 2007.
