Rohit Arumugam

Rohit Arumugam currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Foundation AI since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rohit co-founded MultiMentors, contributing to its development from October 2021 to February 2025. Rohit served as the Business Head of Wellness at Nova Benefits from August 2021 to April 2024, where a new business vertical was established, achieving significant revenue from over 150 clients and improving the sales strategy. Early in the career, Rohit worked at KPMG India, initially as an Assistant Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions where advisory work led to significant investments, and as a Consultant in the same field, facilitating key acquisitions valued at substantial amounts. Rohit's experience also includes an internship in treasury at Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a management degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
