Rashmi Jhala Jain

Rashmi Jhala Jain is an experienced leader in project management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Foundation Building Materials since October 2019. Rashmi has held the position of CEO at AKS Systems since 2009, demonstrating long-term commitment and leadership in that role. Prior to these positions, Rashmi was Head of PMO at Yokohama Tire Corporation from June 2015 to October 2019 and served as Operations Manager at Plastics Development Corporation from 2008 to 2014. Rashmi began a career in project management at Amgen, where responsibilities included Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. Educational credentials include a degree obtained at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 2001 to 2003, and a BA/BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, completed between 1995 and 2000.
