Joseph Castongue

Joseph Castongue is an experienced operations manager with a comprehensive background in managing front desk operations and employee performance. Since November 2017, Joseph has held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Foundation Communities, overseeing the management and development of around 60 employees across multiple properties, while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to policies. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Harbor Parking, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed hiring, training, and maintaining client relationships, as well as leading teams to achieve operational goals. Joseph also has experience in valet parking services with ABM Industries, having worked in various roles from Lead Valet Attendant to Site Operations Manager. Joseph holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Del Mar College and completed Dale Carnegie Training.
