• We have more than 70 practices serving more than communities across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.

• We have 7 Immediate Care facilities, with lab and x-ray services on site, offering walk-in care 7 days a week.

• We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients with innovative programs and preventive health resources.
