Andrew Ritter

Andrew Ritter serves as the Director and Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Litigation at Foundation Medicine since November 2021, where strategic management of global IP prosecution with a focus on AI/ML business units is a primary responsibility. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role in Intellectual Property at Foundation Medicine, and an Attorney position at Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC, focusing on patent portfolio analysis and technology acquisition. Previous roles also encompass significant experience at Sughrue Mion PLLC, including a secondment in an automobile manufacturer's IP department, and various positions during law school, including externships and clerkships. Andrew Ritter earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The George Washington University.
