Frank Hagney

Frank Hagney currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at A. Wilbert's Sons, LLC and as the Director of Engineering at Bill360, while also holding an Advisory Board Member position at Foundations IT, Inc. Previously, Frank worked as an Independent Consultant at Fulcrum House and as a Technology Strategist at GreenScreens. Frank's extensive experience includes a 23-year tenure at Tallan, where responsibilities spanned from Director, overseeing client engagements and professional development, to Project Manager and Software Consultant. Additional roles include consulting at The Talbots, Inc., software development at TRW Inc., and serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney. Frank holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security from the University of Tampa and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
