Raluca Ciobancan is a seasoned professional with experience in talent investment and business analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Careers Partner at CTO Academy, where Raluca focused on leadership development in technology, and co-founding Snice, a company promoting hygiene practices. Raluca also contributed as a Business Analyst at Bank of Valletta plc, driving key projects in anti-money laundering and compliance. Additionally, experience at Aspen Insurance Group encompassed talent partnership and recruitment processes, while early career phases included consulting at Morgan McKinley. Raluca holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Middlesex University and a National Diploma in Business from Suffolk New College.
