Nakita Naik

Nakita Naik is a seasoned professional with a strong background in community management and data analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Community at Founders Pledge since May 2022, Nakita has progressed through various roles including Senior Community Manager and Community Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Analyst at the Center for Effective Philanthropy, where responsibilities included co-managing client relationships and delivering strategic insights for grantmaking decisions. A notable contributor to the Peace Corps, Nakita was selected as a pioneer for the inaugural Economic Development program in Colombia, earning the 2018 JFK Award of Excellence. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and a minor in Psychology from IE Business School.
