Phil Cowans

Phil Cowans is an accomplished technology entrepreneur and angel investor with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently the founder of Stealth, Phil is focused on predictive infrastructure management since June 2024. As a Technology Venture Partner at Pi Labs and an advisor and investor for Plural AI and Datapane, Phil continues to support early-stage companies. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at TWYN, where Phil played a key role in developing innovative software solutions, and co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Nested.com, which revolutionized the residential property market. Phil also offers independent consultancy services through Meaningful Subdivision Limited and has a strong academic background with a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
