Raphael Eder

Raphael Eder is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in education technology and social impact. Currently, Raphael serves as Co-Founder of a sports league co-owned by athletes at Stealth since 2025 and is a member of Founders Pledge, focusing on philanthropic initiatives. Previously, Raphael was the CEO and Founder of Hyphen, a successful education technology startup that achieved mid six-figure revenue and secured significant VC funding before being acquired. Raphael's early career includes a role as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where skills in Excel and presentation development were honed and shared with others. Additionally, Raphael co-founded and served as COO and Chairman of Project Access, an acclaimed charity addressing educational inequality through a tech-enabled mentoring program since 2016. Raphael is a graduate of UCL with a BSc in Economics and was a fellow at the Sigma Squared Society in 2020.
