Kyle Schneider is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Founders Software since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Head of Customer Success at Turn, and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Root Inc. Kyle's career began in higher education at the University at Buffalo, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager to Resident Advisor, reflecting strong leadership and project management skills. Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo.
