Matthew Fodera

Matthew Fodera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Currently serving as Construction PM at Founders Table Restaurant Group since October 2021, Matthew previously held roles as the Training General Manager and General Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company from October 2017 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes underwriting at Maidstone Insurance Group (May 2014 - October 2017), bar management at City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill (January 2006 - August 2014), and operations management at Dave and Buster's (January 2004 - January 2006) and Boulder Creek Steakhouse (January 1997 - April 2003), where roles included trainer and store openings. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the New York Institute of Technology and has studied at Stony Brook University.
